Since the last day of the reunion was July 3rd, we celebrated one night with fun sparklers!For the 4th, Lee and I went to my parents' house for dinner as usual. Monday night, we took our small stash of fireworks and set them off to celebrate.
Then this past weekend Lee and I went to GEEX! It's a Gaming and Electronics Expo. It was fun to go spend a weekend looking at cool gaming stuff and getting lots of freebies! We also got interviewed a lot and had a lot of pictures taken of us, so it's very likely we'll end up on the news or in the newspaper. Saturday we entered the costume contest. We didn't win, but we still had plenty of compliments on our costumes and many people thought they were the best costumes of the characters they had seen. There were also a lot of other really good costumes there.

This is Warky T Chocobo. The T stands for The. He is becoming one of my idols. He can play amazing music and he only uses 7 fingers. He taught himself how to play and didn't use his thumbs. When he videotaped himself playing he realized he also doesn't use his left ring finger. He also can't read music, so everything he plays, he plays from sound. People in the crowd could ask for a song and if he's heard it, he can play it and it absolutely amazes me.Here's one of the songs that he played for us.
Overall, our month has been busy, but tons of fun! And it's not even over yet!
