Memorial Day

For Memorial Day we met Will and Becky in Denver at the aquarium. Neither of us had been before so it was a fun new experience for both of us.

 This aquarium is the first I've seen with mermaids.

As soon as we left the aquarium Terra woke up, so we took a picture.

 

 After the aquarium we went to eat and Kaylee got a chance to hold Terra. (Sorry for the low quality pictures. My lighting settings were way off so these actually looked pure black when I took them. I still need to learn photoshop a little better, but at least now you can see the picture.)

 

Terra's Baby Blessing

We blessed Terra on Sunday and had a lot of family come visit. Lee's parents came down on Saturday and my dad and Will came down and met us at the church on Sunday. Becky was planning on coming too, but Kaylee wasn't feeling well. Our friends, the Swensons also came over. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 After the blessing we went back to our apartment and hung out chatting for a while. Will and the Swensons had to leave pretty early, but it wasn't too long after they left that Lee's aunt Christy and her family showed up. I always love having people over and it was interesting to see how many people fit in our home. Thank you to everyone for coming to be a part of this very special day for Terra!
