Go Cougars!

Ty went to his first basketball game last night and it was a lot of fun! Maura and Devan came down to go as well. Normally Lee and I aren't big on sports, but we had free tickets to CSU vs BYU, so we decided to enjoy it before we were no longer at BYU. It was definitely a great game to watch too. Ty really enjoyed it.

He took a small nap during the game, but was up and ready for more fun before it was over.

Thanks Maura and Devan for coming down! It was lots of fun!

Valentine's and Giggles

Happy Valentine's Day! I love holidays and this one is so much fun! I get a special chance to show my love to those who are special to me. Yesterday, we celebrated Valentine's a little while having dinner at my parents. My dad was so nice and bought all the women in his life flowers, including little baby Kaylee and Jon's girlfriend Melissa. He also stocked up on chocolates for us.
Today started out like a normal day. I woke up and got ready for school, then Lee dropped me off at my parents so that they could babysit Ty while I went to my classes. During my last class a guy opened the door and asked if he could interrupt for a little bit. When he was given the ok, he talked about how he was always busy, so he wanted to take some time to do something nice for his wife. He ad a bouquet of roses and a card. It was so cute and everyone in class started clapping.

After school Lee picked me up at my parents and brought me home, where he had a gift for me. He had bought me some new pearl earrings since my others are kind of falling apart. He also surprised me with a wonderful and thoughtful card. After dinner, we watched our normal Monday night shows, then watched Speed Racer that I had bought for Lee. I love my little family and I'm so glad to have Lee and Ty in my life.

Here's some more wonderful videos of Ty squealing and giggling. This first video was earlier this week.

These videos were tonight, before we put on the movie.

Secret Admirer

Last night someone stopped by and left these on our doorstep.
There is no note, card, or anything to give us a hint as to who they are from. Lee and I assume they're for me, but we can't think of who would randomly give me roses. Our best guess is that it's someone from Relief Society, but I'm not totally convinced. So if the person who gave me those reads this, thank you! The roses are beautiful.

Happy Boy

Some days Ty wakes up and is so happy, that I can't help but sit and watch as long as possible.

Ty also likes to eat Daddy's head sometimes.

On happy days I also tend to like to take a ton of picture of my little man. Some of the pictures turn into nakey baby shoots.

Some other cute pictures of Ty on happy days.

Ty has been learning how to lift his legs recently. Because of this, he now likes to grab his toes and roll around. He can't quite roll all the way from back to front, but he does get to his side.

Solid Food

Ty is four months old and finally allowed to start on solid foods! We've already fed him some rice cereal and he did really well.

We've also given him some banana, which he tends to just nurse on, but it's cute and he seems to like the taste. Last night I also gave him tiny amounts of peas. So far he hasn't had any problems.
