Lilly's 2!

Happy birthday to my silly princess Lilly! Since finally weening her off the pacifier, her personality has really exploded! She is a very silly little girl who loves to make others laugh. She's also very independent and has no problem voicing her opinions.

I'm excited for this fall when Terra and Ty will be at school during the day and I'll have a little more one on one time with Lilly, until the baby comes.

As part of the celebration we went back to Grammy and Papa's for a weekend and went to the zoo there. The kids got to feed the giraffes and Lilly loved it and thought it was hilarious! She was giggling up a storm!

Part of turning 2 means a bed upgrade! Lilly was able to climb in and out of the crib already anyway, so she was definitely ready for a toddler bed and loves it!

Weekend at Grammy and Papa's

It's summer and I just needed to get the kids out of our house. So we took some time and visited Grammy and Papa. My kids also love spending time with cousins, so we made sure to see them while there too! We even went to a park with a splash pad and had a picnic.

We took the kids to see Incredibles 2 and I'm glad I had extra hands to help keep the kids seated during the movie. Next door to the theater I found a boba place that was so yummy! The kids had their first taste of boba and while they were hesitant about the balls at first, they loved it!

I'm glad my parents only live 2 hours away now and we can make short trips to see them!

HPE Company Picnic

I was not expecting the picnic to be this huge! Prior to working at HPE, Lee worked at AMD, which is a lot smaller. HPE went all out for their company picnic!

Johnstown BBQ Day

I had no idea our little town could throw such a big party! There had been buzz about BBQ Day around town so we decided to walk over and check it out. We stood and watched the parade and the kids got candy and otter pops. At the very end of the parade a fire truck put their hose at the top of the ladder and sprayed over the street for the kids to run around in.
After the fire truck ran out of water, we walked over to the nearby park where there were stalls and activities set up. Once Ty saw the hamster balls, he knew what he wanted to do. He was very patient and waited in line for a long time. He loved it and it was one of the kids favorite parts of the day!

Another favorite was seeing the princesses. This isn't Terra's first time meeting Anna, but she still gets excited every time she sees them and always love to get a picture with them

Before we left for home, the kids took a ride on the barrel train. It was something Lilly could enjoy since she didn't get to go in the hamster balls.
A fun day and I can't wait for next year!
