Half a Year!

I can't believe I've had Ty for a whole 6 months already! It amazes me how fast he's grown up and how much he's learned.
He's learned to smile,
to laugh,

to sit on his own,
to roll over both ways,

to say Dada,

to hold his own bottle,
to jump,

to eat like a big boy,
and he's already learned about road rage

So to celebrate his achievements and his 6 months of life we went shopping today. I picked up my reserved copy of Tangled (so excited!) and bought Ty a new outfit and onesie. After that Ty and I headed to his doctor appointment. Ty is approximately in the 50th percentile and in perfect health.
After that we headed over to my parents to celebrate. For his half-birthday Lee and I decided to let him try a cupcake.

Ty definitely seemed to enjoy feeding himself his cupcake. When we tried to take away the tray to clean him he was reaching out and pulling it back.
After getting him all cleaned up he washed his cupcake down with some milk.
Overall I think he enjoyed today. He was very happy and smiley all day.

Saint Patrick's Day

Ty's had his first St Patrick's Day. For him that didn't entail too much other than a new onesie made by me.

As usual I dressed up a lot! I love having an excuse to dress up and have fun. I didn't take any pictures of myself though, but I basically wore the same thing I wore last year.
This year I got to have corn-beef and cabbage at my parents and watch the BYU game. It was a lot of fun having the family gathered together watching the game, but we were missing Tiffany and her family. Luckily for them though, Brad and Landon actually got to be at the game. We kept trying to find them, but they were too far up to see.

We also went over to my parents for the next BYU game and this time both Ty and Kaylee were dressed for the occasion.

Booster Seat

Ty got his own seat today! Now he can sit at the table and eat like a big boy. He seems to really enjoy it too. You'd never guess he was sick.

Ty also got some sunglasses today, so now we won't be as worried about getting sun on his face.

It right on time too, because the weather is started to get warm and sunny! At the same time, we finally got some snow good enough for pictures this weekend!

Isn't his bunting adorable? I love it! You probably can't really tell, but he's laying in freshly fallen snow. He left a cute little snow angel when we picked him up and thanks to his bunting he was completely dry and warm.
